Epicure – A person who truly loves food. The name is after the Greek philosopher “Epicurus” who thought most about cooking and food. do you feel fancy? Now let me say it in more colloquial language “I AM A FOODIE”!!! I am also a taste tester in my home (Is that even a thing? hmmm) but any way you get it right, food is my all-time favorite. I always love to go out and try different types/cuisine of food. I do a lot of research on the local foods and restaurants in every place I visit. There is a saying “You cannot go wrong if you go to the place that locals prefer” (who said it though??? !!!!). I am going to narrate all the food I tried in different countries and my favorites among them. Since I care a lot about the environment too, I cook mostly vegetarian/ vegan food.
