Place the pasta pot in the stove with water
Let it boil a little, then add salt and herbs (parsley, basil, thyme, oregano and rosemary)
Cook the pasta till al-Dante
Now drain and keep it aside
In Pan, Add 1 tsp of oil and Add onion and sauté till translucent
Then add Ginger garlic paste
Once the raw smell goes away, add capsicum and sauté for 2 mins
then add multi vegetables and sauté for 5 mins or vegetables are half cooked
Now add 250 grams tomato paste and 1/2 cup water
Now add all the spices (Chili powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder and Chaat masala powder)
Add salt to taste and cook for 5 mins or until raw smell goes away
Now mix the masala paste and Pasta
Now add 1 Tbsp of Ketchup and cheese
Serve it hot.
My kids love them with extra cheese on top.
